Who is Annie Potts ? When does the show begin ?

Annie Potts played Mary Jo on the sitcom "Designing Women" and she's also guest starred on Law and Order SVU a bunch of times. I know she's been in a bunch of other stuff too, but those are the big ones that I remember.

If I've identified her correctly, she's the woman in the red blouse standing next to Alyssa.

I love Annie Potts!
